PRIVACY
No filler, no legalese. Here is exactly what we collect, why we have it, how long we keep it, and how to make it disappear.
100x is an agentic-AI boutique, run by Alexis Jean-Baptiste. We decide what happens to the data described on this page — in legal terms, we are the controller.
One address for anything on this page: ai@100xnative.com. A person reads it.
When you send us an enquiry, we collect:
We use it for two things: to reply to your enquiry, and to scope the work. Nothing else. No advertising, no resale, no profiling.
Legal basis: your consent — recorded when you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and that costs you nothing.
100x also sources business-contact data from public sources for B2B outreach: company name, business email, role, and publicly available company information.
Business details only. Never anything about your private life. If it isn't about your job, we don't want it and we don't hold it.
Legal basis: legitimate interest — reaching the right person at a company about work that would genuinely help their business. One email, and you decide.
If you arrive here from a 100x email, the link we sent you carries a reference to that email, and we record that the page was opened. That is all it does. We use it for one thing: to know the message was worth reading, so a follow-up is relevant instead of blind.
It is first-party only — our link, our server, our records. No cookies, no advertising pixels, and nothing shared with anyone.
Arrive any other way and nothing is recorded on arrival. Type the address, click a search result, follow a link from a friend — no reference, no record, until you click something (see the next section).
The first time you click a button on this site — a call-to-action, the booking link, or the language toggle — we load Google Analytics 4. From that moment it records which pages you view, where you came from, and which buttons you press. It does not record what you type into the form. It uses a Google cookie to tell one visit from another. If you never click anything, it never loads. Google's handling of that data is described in Google's privacy policy; we use it only to see which pages and buttons work.
When you request the report at 100xnative.com/growth, we keep your answers, first name, email, mobile number, company and language choice to prepare your report, email it to you and reply to you by email, phone or WhatsApp. Three providers process this data for us, strictly on our instructions: Google Cloud (hosting and storage, EU region, europe-west1), Resend (email delivery) and Anthropic (AI, used only to word two summary sentences from your multiple-choice answers; anything you type in a free-text box is never sent to it). We never sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing. Report data is kept for 90 days, then deleted; your report link stops working at the same time. Every report email has one-click unsubscribe and delete-my-data links, or write to ai@100xnative.com.
Sourced prospects we never contact are deleted after 90 days. If we haven't reached out in three months, we were never going to.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as it takes to serve the relationship — the conversation, the proposal, the project, the follow-up. When that's over, it goes.
We do not sell data. Not to anyone. Not ever. There is no version of 100x where your details are a revenue line.
Your data sits in 100x's own systems. Standard infrastructure providers — hosting and email — handle it on our behalf as processors, strictly on our instructions, and do nothing else with it.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or withdraw your consent. You don't need a reason and you don't need a lawyer.
Email ai@100xnative.com. Write "delete my data" and that is enough. We act promptly — always within 30 days, usually the same week — and we confirm when it's done.
This notice follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data — and the principles behind it: collect only what's needed, use it only for what you said, keep it no longer than necessary, and make it easy to walk away.
If we ever change how any of this works, this page changes first.
