100x · Professional Services

They didn't call for a quote.
They called for a free answer.

We build the agents that pick up every enquiry in the same second, work out which ones have a fee at the end of them, and put a partner in front of those only — on your own WhatsApp number, under your own firm's name.

For UAE accounting, audit, tax, corporate-services and business-setup firms of 5 to 100 staff · You own everything we build

See the six agents

The same agents already run a Dubai business end to end — first enquiry through to delivery, on the company's own WhatsApp number, live in 2 days. Ask to see it running before you decide.

A Tuesday at a Dubai advisory firm

The half-hour nobody billed.

08:50
Three enquiries came in overnight. All three open with “how much for a trade licence?”
10:15
A partner takes the first one. Twenty-two minutes on mainland versus free zone, visa quotas and the 9% threshold.
13:30
The caller forwards that answer to two cheaper firms and asks them to beat your fee.
Friday
He signs with the cheapest. Your partner billed nothing — and the group that wanted a corporate tax review is still waiting for a call back.

The cheapest firm didn't win that job. Your partner won it for them.

Two things change in a firm that runs this. Partners stop answering questions for free. And no filing waits on a document nobody remembered to ask for.

That is the whole argument. Everything below is how it's done.

Ask to see it running before you decide. The same agents already run a Dubai business end to end — sales through to delivery, on the company's own WhatsApp number, every working day. Not a pilot: their system of record. You'll see a live thread on a real number on the first call, not a deck and not a video. The four numbers below are properties of what we build, not results borrowed from someone else's firm.

6
Languages on one number — English, Arabic, French, Russian, Hindi, Urdu. What the agent does, not a client result.
24/7
It answers at 23:40 on a Saturday and at 06:00 on the 28th. No rota, no on-call, no missed enquiry.
2 days
From the first demo to answering enquiries on your own WhatsApp Business number.
1
System holding enquiries, engagements, deadlines and documents. Not five tabs and a shared drive.

01

The Intake Agent

Every enquiry answered in the same second. Only the ones with a fee at the end reach a partner.

An agent on your WhatsApp Business number, under your firm's name. It picks up the ad enquiry, the Google listing enquiry, the referral and the 11pm one, and it works out what the entity is before anyone senior spends a minute on it. It quotes no fee. It hands over no advice. It finds out whether there is an engagement here.

  • Asks what a manager would ask: mainland or free zone, which licensing authority, financial year end, turnover band, registered for VAT and corporate tax or not, and what they are trying to fix
  • Tells a one-off licence shopper apart from a group with four entities, a 31 December year end and an unfiled corporate tax return
  • Scores hot, warm or cold, writes down why, and pings the partner's phone only when it's hot
  • States a published rate or a published deadline. Never tells a caller which jurisdiction to licence in, whether a relief applies, or what to put on a return — that is the engagement
  • Books the scoping call off the thread. That is the ask, never a number
  • Recruiters, software vendors and cold pitches never reach your team. A client chasing a filing always does
  • Never pretends to be a person, never blocks one — ask for the partner and it hands over mid-sentence
0 partner minutes spent on an enquiry before it is qualified, scored and written up

One qualification, start to finish. No fee quoted, no advice given away, no partner's evening spent. Illustration — real flow, sample data.

02

The Callback Agent

It answers the calls your team can't, and rings back everyone who hit voicemail.

The same questions, spoken. It picks up while your managers are in a client meeting or filing on the portal, and it calls back the enquiries that died in the ring. The write-up is in your pipeline before the line goes dead.

  • Inbound and outbound, natural conversation, one question at a time
  • Caller ID becomes the record — nothing typed twice, nothing re-asked on the callback
  • Summary, score and next action written straight into the pipeline and assigned
  • No voicemail, no callback list, no “someone will get back to you”
  • Hands over the second a caller asks for a person. No menu, no hold music
2 min from ring to a scored, written-up enquiry in your pipeline. None of it a fee-earner's hour.

03

The Engagement Agent

Qualified enquiry in. Proposal, engagement letter and a scope that defends itself, out.

It turns a scored enquiry into a signed engagement without anyone retyping it, then guards what was signed. Fixed fee, signed letter, and three weeks later the questions start: one on the group chat, a call about a transaction you never priced, a second entity added to the audit while you're at it. Nobody raises it, so nobody bills it. This agent raises it — before the work happens, not at the final invoice.

  • Runs the stages a firm runs: enquiry → scoping call → proposal → engagement letter → onboarding → recurring compliance → renewal
  • Drafts the proposal and the engagement letter from the qualified record — your letterhead, your scope wording, your terms, your signature block
  • Requests, tracks and files the onboarding pack against the entity: passport, Emirates ID, trade licence, MOA, UBO declaration
  • Your firm is a DNFBP. The agent collects and files the pack; your compliance officer does the risk rating and the decision. It never screens a client and never clears one
  • Reads the client group and the email thread, and flags what falls outside the signed engagement letter
  • Drafts the addendum — the request, the wording, the fee line — for a partner to approve or bin. Nothing reaches a client without a human pressing send
  • Catches the pattern, not only the incident: the client asking four out-of-scope questions a month is a repricing conversation, not a complaint
  • Already on Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero or a practice-management tool? Keep it. The agents write into what you have, not into a second system
  • Ask it in plain English: “which engagements have no signed letter?” Partners see fees and WIP. Nobody else does
Every one out-of-scope request logged, quoted, and then signed or declined. None absorbed by accident.

04

The Document Chaser

It asks your clients for the bank statements. Every cycle, in their language, until they land.

Recurring compliance work is not hard. It is a queue of the same six requests sent to forty clients, and then sent again. That queue eats your juniors and it is why your seniors are still opening WhatsApp threads at 10pm on the 27th. The agent runs the queue instead, and tells you who is going to miss weeks before they miss.

  • Chases the same six things every cycle — bank statements, sales invoices, purchase invoices, payroll, the trial balance, fixed-asset movements
  • Sends a checklist, not a nag: what has landed, what is missing, what it needs next. The client can see their own progress
  • Counts backwards from the real dates — the VAT return and payment fall on the 28th day after the tax period, and the corporate tax return nine months after the financial year end
  • Escalates on a schedule you set: accountant, then signatory, then your manager
  • Files what arrives against the entity, named and dated, so nobody reopens a thread from March to find a bank statement
  • Reads a photographed invoice or a voice note in Arabic and files it like a PDF
  • Flags the client who has gone quiet three cycles running. That is a fee risk before it is a compliance risk
28th stops being a fire drill. The chase starts weeks out and runs without you.

05

The Deadline Agent

Nothing your firm carries expires quietly — filings, licences, cards, visas or engagements.

Your clients think you are watching all of it. You are watching most of it, in a spreadsheet one person maintains. This agent holds the calendar for every entity on your books and works the same way a good manager does: it counts backwards, it warns early, and it names the person who has to move.

  • Corporate tax returns and payment nine months after the financial year end. VAT returns quarterly under AED 150m turnover, monthly above it, filed and paid by the 28th
  • Trade licence and establishment card renewals — different expiry dates, and an expired licence blocks every visa renewal underneath it
  • Audit submission dates, including free zones that want audited statements within 90 days of year end, and Qualifying Free Zone Persons who are audited whatever their size
  • Beneficial-owner changes, which the register has to be updated for within 15 days of the change
  • Watches your own file too: goAML registration, tax agent renewals, professional indemnity cover, and the engagements coming up for renewal
  • Warns on what is about to change — small business relief runs out for tax periods ending after 31 December 2026, and every client sitting under AED 3m needs that conversation before it does
  • One board showing every entity, every date and who owes what. Illustrative dates in the card; your real dates come from your own records
15 days is all you get to update a beneficial-owner change. It counts, so nobody has to remember.

The advice is the product. Stop giving it away on a discovery call.

From first call to answering enquiries

This is not a six-month transformation programme.

Day 1
You see it working

A demo built on your firm — your enquiries, your entity types, your engagement letter, your deadlines. Not a slide deck.

Day 2
It answers your enquiries

Live on your real number, qualifying real enquiries and scoring them. Your team keeps working the way it already does — the agents fill the gaps.

Week 2
The whole practice is in it

Pipeline, proposals, engagement letters, the deadline board and the document chase — with your team's roles and permissions. The agents were already earning by then.

The question you're really asking

So what does it cost?

Less than the semi-senior you were about to hire. And it doesn't take annual leave in audit season.

Fixed price, quoted on the call — not after three meetings and a discovery phase. No per-seat licence, no retainer you can't cancel, no invoice that grows every quarter.

Ask and you'll have the number in the first ten minutes. Most firms start with one agent and add the next when the first has paid for itself.

We take two professional-services builds a month. That's a capacity limit, not a sales tactic.

The questions you're already asking

Straight answers.

How does it get on my WhatsApp number?
Meta Business verification against your trade licence. We file it on day one and build while it clears. Your number, your account — never ours. Until it clears the agent runs on a number we provide, so you lose nothing while you wait.
My clients send voice notes. Half of them are in Arabic.
It listens, transcribes and answers in the language they spoke — Gulf Arabic included. Six languages on one number, no translator, no delay. A photographed invoice or a voice note describing one gets filed against the entity the same way a PDF does.
What happens when it gives a client the wrong answer?
It has one boundary and it holds it. It will state something published — the 9% rate, the AED 375,000 band, the 28th, the nine-month corporate tax deadline. It will not tell a caller which jurisdiction to licence in, whether they qualify as a Qualifying Free Zone Person, whether small business relief applies to them, or what to put on a return. That is your signature, not a machine's. It quotes no fee, commits you to nothing, and every conversation it has ever had is logged and readable.
Where does my clients' data go?
Everything runs in your own accounts — your WhatsApp Business number, your database, in-region. We sign a data-processing agreement before we touch anything, handle consent under UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021), and no client message or document is ever used to train a model. Your firm is a DNFBP: the agent collects and files the onboarding pack, and your compliance officer keeps the risk rating, the decision and the goAML file. Export everything or delete it whenever you like.
We already have a practice-management system.
Then keep it. The agents write into what you already have — every qualified enquiry, call summary, chased document and deadline lands in your system, not a second one. We only build you one when the honest answer is that yours isn't being used. We'll tell you which you are on the first call, and we're not paid more for the answer we prefer.
My partners bill by the hour. They are not going to learn software.
They don't have to. Partners and managers keep working in WhatsApp and email exactly as they do now, and the agent works around them. The people who move across are the two or three running the deadline tracker and the document chase, and we sit with them for a day — in audit season, if that's when you want it proven.
Am I locked in?
You own it. The code, the database, the agent configuration, the client records — yours from day one, in your own cloud account. Keep us on to run it, or don't. If you walk away it keeps running and we hand over the keys.
Do I have to buy all six?
No. Most firms start with the Intake Agent, because that is the leak they can feel, and add the next one when the first has paid for itself.
