100x · Retail & Distribution

Your best salesman isn't selling.
He's answering “do you have it?”

Six agents built for a trading company. They answer price and stock from your live data, book the order into the system you already run, chase what you're owed, and name the accounts that went quiet.

For UAE distributors, wholesalers and multi-branch retail groups of 10 to 200 staff · You own everything we build

Six agents, sold one at a time. Live on your own WhatsApp Business number in 2 days, running in your own cloud account, under your own name — yours from day one.

The trading day

Two questions. Answered seven hours late.

08:41
A supermarket buyer in Al Quoz asks your rep the only two questions she ever asks: do you have it, and what's my price?
09:02
He's at his third outlet with a hand scanner in one hand. Your competitor's number answered her in ninety seconds.
16:20
He replies at the end of his route. The stock went out on someone else's van before eleven.
6 weeks
She hasn't asked again. Nobody in your office has noticed.

Nobody sends you a cancellation. They never do.

Answer every price and stock question in the same second. Book every order into the system, correctly, first time. Know the day an account goes quiet. Do those three things and the book you already have grows — without one more salesman on the payroll.

This is not a slide. 100x already runs a live end-to-end system inside a Dubai business — enquiry through to delivery, on the company's own WhatsApp number, every day since June.

Ask to see it running before you decide. A screen share with real threads and real records — not a deck. Bring your hardest account and your worst payer.

6
Languages it sells in — English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tagalog. The languages your counter already speaks.
24/7
It answers at 2am and on the days your office is shut. Your competitor's rep doesn't.

01

The Trade Counter Agent

Every price and stock question, answered in the same second.

An agent on your WhatsApp Business number, under your company name. It recognises the number, pulls that customer's own trade price — not the list price — and checks it against live stock. Then it does the part your rep does badly at four o'clock: it asks for the order.

  • Reads your stock file, so “63 cases in Al Quoz” and “nothing until Tuesday's container” are both real answers, not guesses
  • Quotes the price tier that customer is on — a new buyer gets list, a contract account gets his agreed rate
  • Knows case, inner and outer, and won't take a line under MOQ without offering the full case
  • Never invents a discount. Anything under your floor goes to the sales manager with the reason attached
  • Voice notes and a photo of last month's invoice both work — most trade orders arrive one of those two ways
  • Cold calls, recruiters and marketing spam never reach your team. Your customers and your suppliers always do
Seconds from “do you have it?” to a priced answer checked against live stock. At any hour.

One order, start to finish, before the rep opened his van. Real flow, sample data.

02

The Order Capture Agent

A voice note in. A booked, credit-checked sales order out.

Your customers order the way they always have — a voice note, a photo of the last invoice, three lines of text. The agent turns it into a clean sales order and reads it back before it books anything, so a wrong pack size is caught by the buyer and not by the driver at the door.

  • Matches “the blue one, one litre” to the right SKU, and asks when it can't
  • Checks the credit limit and the overdue balance before it confirms — a blocked account goes to your credit controller, never to the loading bay
  • Reads the LPO the customer attaches and files it against the order
  • Proforma back in the same thread, then the delivery date, then the signed delivery note
  • Writes into what you already run — Tally, Zoho, SAP Business One, Odoo, Focus — not a second system
  • Every order keeps the thread it came from, so “he said twelve, not twenty” ends

Read back to the customer before it was written. The buyer catches the wrong SKU — not the driver, at the door, at seven in the morning.

03

The Reorder Agent

The reorder that never came, caught on the day it didn't.

A customer leaving looks exactly like a customer who's busy. Eight cases, every second Tuesday — then it stops, quietly. By the time anyone notices, the buyer has been taking stock off another warehouse for two months and the relationship is somebody else's. The agent knows every customer's rhythm and tells you the day it breaks.

  • Ranks by what the account is worth, not by how long it has been silent
  • Catches the half-order too — twelve cases down to four is a customer leaving, he just hasn't said so
  • Drafts the reorder message in the thread the buyer already reads, with the quantity he normally takes
  • Hands the pre-seller a journey plan with a reason for every call, not just a postcode
  • Watches the whole book — including the small outlets nobody has visited since the last rep resigned
  • Flags the line that stopped moving before it becomes short-dated stock you sell at cost
Daily every account in the book checked against its own reorder rhythm. The small ones included.

The message nobody had time to send. Real flow, sample data.

04

The Collections Agent

Every invoice, statement and broken promise, chased on the day.

Payment terms in the UAE average close to fifty days from invoice, and most B2B invoices are settled late. Chasing is the job nobody enjoys, so it gets done last — which is the whole reason your DSO looks the way it does. Hand it to something that has no feelings about it.

  • Sends the statement of account into the thread the second it's asked for, at any hour
  • Reminds before the due date, not three weeks after it
  • Escalates on a ladder you set: rep, then sales manager, then you
  • Logs the promise-to-pay and chases the promise, not just the invoice
  • Keeps the PDC diary and tells you what is presenting this week
  • Flags the account that's over its limit before the next load is picked. A human decides, not the agent

05

The Trading Desk

One record per customer: enquiry, LPO, order, delivery, invoice, paid.

The place the other five agents write to, and the place you look when you want the truth. Enquiry, quotation, LPO, sales order, delivery note, invoice, collection — the stages you actually run. Customers, price lists, stock, orders and dues in one record — not a generic sales funnel invented for software companies. Sales, warehouse and finance each get their own board.

  • Already on Tally, Zoho, SAP Business One or Odoo? Keep it. The agents write into what you have, not into a second system
  • Price lists, tiers and discount floors live where a rep can't quietly move them
  • Every WhatsApp thread attached to the customer record — when a rep resigns, the account stays with you
  • Reps see their own routes. The warehouse sees picks. Only the people who should, see the margin
  • Ask it in plain English: “which Sharjah accounts are past 60 days and still taking stock?”
  • Slow movers, short-dated lines and dead stock on one board, while there's still time to push them
  • Invoice data structured and ready ahead of the FTA's e-invoicing rollout — voluntary from July 2026, mandatory from January 2027 for the largest filers and July 2027 for everyone else
  • One board showing where the business is stuck, and for how long
One record per customer — price list, credit limit, last order, every message. One place to look.

06

Coffee Time

One message a morning. What needs you today, and nothing else.

You own the company. You should not be reading four hundred messages to find the one that matters. Every morning it reads the night's traffic across every thread and sends back a single message: what needs you now, what needs you this week, and what you can ignore.

  • 🔴 Now · 🟠 This week · 🟢 For information — nothing else

From first call to answering customers

This is not a six-month transformation programme.

Day 1
You see it working

A demo built on your business — your price list, your stock file, your customers' real messages. Not a slide deck. That build takes a day.

Day 2
It answers your customers

Live on your real number, taking real price and stock questions. Your reps keep working the way they already do — the agent takes the questions that were eating their morning.

Week 2
The whole book is in it

Orders, price lists, journey plans and receivables, with your team's roles and permissions. By then the quiet-account list has already been through your reps' hands.

The question you're really asking

So what does it cost?

Less than the salesman you were about to hire. And it works the route on a public holiday.

Fixed price, quoted on the call — not after three meetings and a discovery phase. No per-seat licence, no retainer you can't cancel, no invoice that grows every quarter.

Ask and you'll have the number in the first ten minutes. Most distributors start with one agent and add the next when the first has paid for itself.

We take two distribution builds a month. That's a capacity limit, not a sales tactic.

The questions you're already asking

Straight answers.

How does it get on my WhatsApp number?
Meta Business verification against your trade licence. We file it on day one and build while it clears. Your number, your account — never ours. Until it clears the agent runs on a number we provide, so you lose nothing while you wait.
My customers send voice notes, and half of them aren't in English.
It listens, transcribes and answers in the language it was asked in — Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam and Tagalog alongside English. A fourteen-second voice note becomes a sales order. No translator, no delay, no “please write it in English.”
What happens when it quotes the wrong price, or promises stock we don't have?
It cannot invent either one. Price comes from your price list for that customer — the agent has no authority to discount, and anything under your floor goes to your sales manager with the reason attached. Stock comes from your stock file, and where the file is silent the agent says so and hands over to a person. Every message it has ever sent is logged and readable.
Where does my customers' data go?
Everything runs in your own accounts — your WhatsApp Business number, your database, in-region. We sign a data-processing agreement before we touch anything, handle consent under UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021), and no customer message is ever used to train a model. Export it or delete it whenever you like.
We run Tally and we're not changing it.
Then don't. The agents write into what you already have — customers, orders, prices and receipts land in your system, not in a second one. We only build a system of record when the honest answer is that yours isn't being used. We'll tell you which you are on the first call, and we're not paid more for the answer we'd prefer.
My salesmen won't use it — and they think it's coming for their accounts.
It isn't, and they work that out inside a week. It takes the price and stock questions that eat their morning and hands back a call list with a reason against every name. Their customers keep messaging the same number. Your van crew and your warehouse carry on exactly as they do now. Reps who write more orders don't fight the thing writing them.
Am I locked in?
You own it. The code, the database, the agent configuration, the customer records — yours from day one, in your own cloud account. Keep us on to run it, or don't. If you walk away it keeps running and we hand over the keys.
Do I have to buy all six agents?
No. Most start with the Trade Counter Agent and add the next one when the first has paid for itself.
